QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Specialist teammate who can speak Russian or Arabic or Persian fluently for the office of our company in N. Cyprus, which carries out the international marketing and sales activities of real estate projects in North Cyprus.
** Ability to find investors in the relevant country, meet with them, develop business, explain projects and perform all sales processes (with management and team support, of course)
· University graduate (preferably a graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Marketing etc.),
· International real estate industry experience,
· Experienced in Sales and Marketing,
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
· Second Turkish/English language(preference),
· No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
· Experience in Customer Relations and customer analysis,
· Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
· Strategic thinking,
· Responsible, result and target oriented,
· Strong follow-up and communication skills,
· Licensed, able to drive actively,
· Residing in N. Cyprus
