I am an independent solo estate agent within the Century 21 group, therefore this is a small business. Due to the size, the assistant will be responsible for many tasks from big to small. I would say the role is currently 50% office work and 50% outside work. The role will involve many different duties and the person will be kept busy all the time. Focus and dedication are needed.
Very Good (reading, writing, spoken) English is necessary, Turkish and/or Russian is an advantage, and any other languages will be a plus.
TRNC Driving Licence is a Must
Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, Social Media, CRM, and online sales activities.
